Network Update—09/19/2024
You are family, a part of the Assemblies of God family, and the entire family of God. Our Fellowship is a relationship network. We voluntarily serve the Lord together in this amazing mission field called Tennessee. Let me know if you do not feel part of this “Tennessee family” and I will try to help you navigate through whatever is (or is not) happening with you in ministry.
For many reasons, family relationships are not always easy to develop and maintain. They can become very complicated. Relationships are multi-faceted. Some of the ways we can improve ministry relationships are found is 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. It reads, “Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance” (NLT).
This next week we will be FINISHING out our Network Tour in the Tri-Cities, Knoxville, and Chattanooga sections. If you are a minister serving in one of these sections, make sure to come out and fellowship with the other pastors of your section!
Ministers Retreat is right around the corner! We can’t wait to see all those attending this year at the Gatlinburg Convention Center!
