WHY WE EXIST
TN Women’s Movement exists to challenge and equip women to passionately pursue God and to influence their world. We are here to encourage, partner with you, and provide resources to help you minister to the needs of women. Our purpose is to discover and develop biblical, godly resources to help disciple women in every stage of life: young, old, married, single, single moms, and more! We delight in extending a hand to women who find themselves in ministry and leadership, as well as to women who just want ideas to connect in deeper ways with God. You do not have to lead or walk this journey alone!

We believe every woman is called to minister. Whether or not you consider yourself a leader, you can impact your struggling neighbor, coworker, or friend.
We believe every call is unique to you as an individual. We are committed to help equip you to minister effectively within your circle of influence.
Tammy Waycaster is a passionate, anointed speaker who uniquely shares God’s Word, intertwined with her own experiences, to empower women to fulfill their destiny in Christ. Tammy is a gifted communicator who exhorts and encourages others to reach their full potential and operate under the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Tammy is an Ordained Assembly of God Minister who has dedicated her life to preach the Gospel. She and her husband, Rick, Co-Pastor First Assembly of God in Milan, Tennessee. They have been married for 36 years and have three children and five grandchildren! You will experience Tammy's passion for this generation and her special gift to make the Gospel come alive and relate to your life.
